Experience in recruiting for tech roles, particularly in product and engineering, is a plus. Familiarity with the fintech landscape and the specific needs of small and medium enterprises will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms to streamline the hiring process and enhance candidate experience.
