What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end hiring process for AWS engineering, architecture, and related technical positions. You will partner closely with technical leaders to understand their hiring needs and run multiple requisitions at pace. Your innovative mindset will allow you to experiment with new sourcing techniques and automation tools to strengthen the talent strategy. You will play a crucial role in shaping the AWS and emerging AI teams that drive cloud transformation for major public and private sector clients. Your contributions will directly impact Cloudscaler's growth and success.
What we offer
Cloudscaler offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 plus commission, reflecting the value you bring to the team. You will have the flexibility to work onsite in London up to three days a week, with the possibility of remote work as needed.
