You have a strong background in cyber security and experience in consulting, ideally with a focus on helping organizations navigate their security challenges. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of cyber security professionals, guiding them in delivering high-quality consulting services to clients across various sectors. You will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies that align with clients' business objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify potential threats and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration. As a manager, you will conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support your team members in their professional development. You will work closely with other departments within Deloitte to ensure a cohesive approach to cyber security across the organization.
