Who you are
You have extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks, with a deep understanding of standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and GDPR. Your ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable roadmaps has made you a trusted advisor to both internal teams and customers. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, customer success, product, and engineering teams to ensure compliance is seamlessly integrated into business processes.
Your strong communication skills allow you to lead consultative calls and workshops effectively, guiding customers through their compliance journeys. You are detail-oriented and possess the analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot audit hurdles and review control implementations. Your passion for compliance and cybersecurity drives you to stay updated on the latest regulations and best practices, ensuring that you provide the best advice to your clients.
Desirable
Experience with additional frameworks such as HITRUST and FedRAMP would be a plus, as would familiarity with emerging compliance trends in the tech industry. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment, making you an asset to any team.
What you'll do
As a Senior GRC Specialist at Delve, you will lead consultative calls and workshops to help customers navigate their compliance requirements. You will serve as the subject-matter expert on various cybersecurity frameworks, answering customer questions and providing guidance on control implementations. Your role will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure compliance is embedded in the development process, turning requirements into real-world impact.
You will also be responsible for developing clear, actionable roadmaps for customers, translating complex compliance standards into understandable steps. Your ability to work cross-functionally will be crucial as you partner with sales and customer success teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive compliance initiatives.
