What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for defining and developing a Governance, Risk, and Compliance framework that supports both Enterprise and Product verticals within Mozilla. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that security, privacy, and regulatory initiatives are effectively integrated into the organization's operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing compliance policies, and providing guidance on best practices for risk management. You will also play a key role in training and educating employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability throughout the organization.

You will collaborate with the Security Function and other teams to align compliance efforts with Mozilla's mission of building a safe and secure internet. Your insights will help shape the organization's approach to risk management and ensure that compliance is prioritized in all aspects of the business. You will monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, adapting the GRC framework as necessary to maintain compliance and mitigate risks effectively.
