What you'll do

As a Senior GRC Lead at Brex, you will be responsible for evolving the Governance, Risk, and Compliance function as the company matures. You will drive critical GRC processes that help mitigate risks and keep the organization compliant with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with various teams, including engineering and IT, to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the business. You will develop and implement compliance programs that align with industry standards and best practices. You will also be involved in training and educating employees on compliance matters, fostering a culture of awareness and accountability. Your role will be pivotal in building trust with customers and partners by ensuring that Brex operates with integrity and transparency. You will report on compliance metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making.
