You are comfortable working in a lean team and are excited about the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy from the ground up. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly based on feedback and market changes.
Desirable
Experience in AI or compliance marketing would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies. A creative mindset that can think outside the box to engage customers in innovative ways is highly valued. You are also comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your marketing strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the product and engineering teams to turn the product roadmap into clear marketing narratives that highlight the unique value of Delve's offerings. You will own ongoing product communications, ensuring that customers are always informed about new features and updates. Your work will involve crafting customer-facing email newsletters and broadcasts that effectively communicate what is new, what matters, and why Delve stands out in the compliance space. You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that challenge the traditional perceptions of compliance, making it more engaging and accessible to users. You will measure the success of your initiatives through key performance indicators and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
