What you'll do

As the first Security Engineer at Delve, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive security controls across our infrastructure and operations. You will set up and manage essential IT security tools, ensuring that our systems are protected against potential threats. Your responsibilities will include conducting security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and leading penetration testing efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of our security measures.

You will collaborate closely with other team members to build security foundations from the ground up, contributing to the overall mission of eliminating busywork for humanity. Your role will also involve participating in customer conversations, providing technical expertise, and ensuring that our security practices align with industry standards. You will have the opportunity to shape the security landscape of our AI-native platform and make a significant impact on our growth and success.

What we offer

Delve offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $300,000 annually, along with equity and comprehensive benefits.
