You are proactive in identifying potential compliance issues and are skilled at developing solutions that mitigate risks.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of Demandbase's GRC program, ensuring that all practices align with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify compliance risks and develop strategies to address them. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits, preparing compliance reports, and providing training to staff on GRC policies and procedures.

You will also be responsible for staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, ensuring that Demandbase remains compliant in a rapidly evolving landscape. Your role will involve collaborating with the Senior Director of GRC to refine and enhance the GRC framework, making it more effective and efficient.
