Deposco is hiring an Executive Assistant to support their executive team with daily administrative tasks and organization. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Who you are

You are a bright and motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a positive outlook. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are capable of managing high volumes of tasks with minimal supervision. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively prioritize and manage schedules for executives. You understand the importance of discretion and professionalism when liaising between executives and internal or external parties.

You possess a Bachelor's degree and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. You are comfortable with technology and can quickly adapt to new tools and systems. Your proactive approach means you are always looking for ways to improve office management and support your team effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide daily administrative support to one or more executives, acting as the gatekeeper of their schedules. You will organize and optimize meetings, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and prepared. You will manage travel arrangements and process expense reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

You will assist in drafting memos, letters, and other communications, as well as editing and formatting presentations. Your research skills will come into play as you gather background information on individuals and companies for meetings. You will also support the organization and execution of team events, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
