Crusoe is hiring an Executive Assistant to support multiple executive leaders in Manufacturing. You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan travel arrangements. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills.

You are an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in providing administrative support to executives. You excel at multitasking and possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively manage complex calendars and appointments. Desirable
Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment is a plus, as is familiarity with logistics and operational processes. What you'll do
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support to Crusoe's leadership team. This includes managing complex appointment calendars, composing confidential correspondence, and preparing expense reports. You will also be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements across all Crusoe offices, ensuring that all logistics are handled smoothly.
