What you'll do
As the first external Product Manager at TruckSmarter, you will take the lead on core product surfaces that directly impact growth and user engagement. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's mission. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand the needs of truck drivers and small fleet operators, and using that insight to inform product decisions. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking performance to ensure that product initiatives are meeting their goals. Collaboration will be key, as you will partner with various stakeholders to drive product development and ensure alignment across the organization.
