You have a strong background in frontend development with a focus on architecture and user experience — your expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript allows you to define and evolve frontend architecture using modern best practices. You understand the importance of performance, accessibility, scalability, and maintainability in web applications, and you are passionate about driving technical excellence within your team.
As a natural leader, you enjoy mentoring engineers and supporting their professional growth — you have experience leading teams and conducting technical reviews, ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of code quality. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with product and design teams, ensuring that user needs are met through innovative solutions.
Desirable
Familiarity with API-driven systems is a plus, as is experience in the payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms sectors. Being fluent in Spanish can also be beneficial in this role, as DEUNA expands its reach into diverse markets.
What you'll do
