Who you are
You have a strong background in frontend engineering with at least 5 years of experience, particularly in leading teams and defining technical strategies. Your expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript allows you to drive the frontend vision and ensure high-quality user experiences across products. You excel in mentoring engineering managers and fostering growth within your team, building strong career paths and hiring strategies.
Your experience includes working on large-scale applications, where you've implemented best practices in frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to manage stakeholders effectively and articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Being fluent in English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus, as it enhances your ability to collaborate in diverse environments.
