Who you are
You have a strong technical background with expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and either Golang or Python — you understand how to guide system design decisions across both frontend and backend platforms. With experience in AWS and cloud-native architectures, you are well-versed in defining engineering standards and architectural principles that drive success.
As a leader, you excel in mentoring Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders — you believe in building strong feedback cultures and fostering leadership development within your teams. Your excellent communication and decision-making skills enable you to align technical execution with business goals effectively.
You are fluent in English, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus — your ability to communicate across diverse teams enhances collaboration and innovation. Your experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or financial platforms adds valuable insights to your leadership approach.
