Who you are
You have 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive and detail-oriented, ensuring that all aspects of your work are handled with precision and care. Your exceptional time-management skills allow you to prioritize effectively, making you a reliable support for the Founder and other executives. You are fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders. You understand the importance of discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information. Your experience in office management ensures that the workplace is well-maintained and fully operational, contributing to a positive work environment.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring that all travel logistics are seamless. You will assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and offsites, contributing to the overall success of DEUNA's initiatives. Your responsibilities will also include managing office supplies and ensuring that the office environment is conducive to productivity. You will be the go-to person for various administrative tasks, supporting the Founder and the Steering Committee in their daily operations.
