Unity is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their executives and managers within a business unit. You'll coordinate workflows and communications across teams, requiring exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach.

You are an experienced professional with a strong background in providing executive support. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and your interpersonal behavior is exemplary. You thrive in autonomous environments and are adept at quickly resolving problems. You take a proactive approach to your work and feel comfortable taking the initiative. You are adaptable and maintain your composure in all circumstances, contributing positively as a team player.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and the first line of communication for our executives, working closely with company leaders, other executive assistants, and employees across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow for your executive partners and their teams. You will anticipate needs, quickly identify issues, and drive solutions that support the success of Unity's leaders and the teams they oversee. You will coordinate across multiple time zones globally, manage priorities, and optimize meetings and communications to allow executives and their teams to focus on high-impact work.
