You are not deterred by challenges and are persistent in finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered platforms. You may have a background in sales or account management, which enhances your ability to understand customer journeys and pain points. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to improve customer experiences.

What you'll do

As the Director of Customer Success, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring that Dialpad's customers achieve their desired outcomes. You will develop and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive retention.
