You have experience managing teams and developing talent, ensuring that your Customer Success Managers and Associates are equipped to provide an industry-leading customer experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with various departments such as Sales, Product, and Engineering to create a seamless post-sale experience for clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Customer Success team, focusing on the Strategic and Plaintiff segments. You will be responsible for establishing best practices and ensuring that your team partners effectively with clients to maximize their investment in Everlaw. You will manage escalations and work to resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction.

Your leadership will greatly influence the day-to-day experiences of customers and contribute to the overall growth of the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the customer experience is value-driven and aligned with the company's mission to promote justice by illuminating truth.
