DigiCert is hiring a Manager of Solutions Engineering to lead technical strategy and customer engagement in France. You'll work closely with sales and solutions engineering teams, requiring expertise in cybersecurity and solutions architecture.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in solutions engineering with at least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role. Your expertise in cybersecurity and solutions architecture allows you to effectively represent technical strategies and engage with key accounts. You excel in building partnerships with sales teams and have a proven track record of driving business outcomes through technical engagement.

You possess relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, GSEC, or CCSP, which demonstrate your commitment to maintaining high standards in security practices. Your hands-on experience with certificate lifecycle management and cryptographic tooling equips you to address complex technical challenges effectively. You are familiar with code signing, load balancers, and secure key storage technologies, making you a valuable asset in technical discussions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the technical counterpart to the RVP of Sales, collaborating on territory planning and pipeline strategy. You will represent the technical voice in major account strategies and forecast calls, ensuring alignment between sales and solutions engineering. Your ability to engage directly with customers will set the tone for successful deal execution and customer satisfaction.

You will lead initiatives to enhance the perception and impact of the technical organization across the region. By actively participating in opportunities and resolving challenges quickly, you will drive business outcomes and foster strong relationships with key accounts. Your leadership will be crucial in advancing the technical strategy and ensuring that the solutions engineering team meets the evolving needs of clients.
