You have a proven track record of leading technical teams, ideally in a Solutions Engineering capacity, with at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to clients. You are familiar with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks, which are essential for the role. You possess strong communication skills and a growth mindset, enabling you to motivate your team and drive customer success. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about leveraging data to enhance marketing workflows. You understand the importance of customer relationships and are committed to ensuring that clients have a positive experience with Hightouch's platform.

Desirable

Experience with AI technologies and marketing automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with data activation strategies and a background in marketing or growth teams will help you excel in this role. What you'll do

As the Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of Solutions Engineers who are responsible for onboarding and supporting customers using Hightouch's AI platform. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience from the outset. Your role involves developing strategies to scale the Solutions Engineering team, enhancing their technical capabilities, and ensuring they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively. You will also work on improving internal processes to streamline customer interactions and feedback loops. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team. You will analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement and drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What we offer

Hightouch offers a competitive compensation package, including an On-Target Earnings range of $250,000-$280,000 annually, with a base salary range of $175,000-$196,000. In addition to salary, we provide meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, early exercise opportunities, and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
