What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with the Sales team to promote Postman's API-first development culture — your primary responsibility will be to support and grow the enterprise business by guiding customers on how to leverage the Postman platform effectively. You will conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on best practices for API development and collaboration.

You will also be responsible for nurturing customer relationships — this involves understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions that enhance their API development processes. Your role will require you to act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring that both sides are aligned and that customer feedback is communicated effectively.
