What you'll do
As a Renewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the renewals process for a significant segment of DigiCert's customer base. You will work closely with your in-region Account Manager to develop strong relationships with strategic customers, focusing on increasing adoption and ensuring long-term success. Your role will involve actively listening to customer feedback and addressing any barriers or objections they may have. You will also seek out opportunities to expand DigiCert's reach within existing accounts, driving incremental revenue growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the customer's organization will be crucial in fostering trust and collaboration. You will be expected to meet or exceed renewal targets while contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
