Overview

You are a motivated individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales. You understand the importance of maintaining relationships with existing customers and ensuring they see the value in renewing their contracts. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring timely renewals and satisfaction.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with sales executives and internal teams to maximize opportunities for account management. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Sales and Renewal Representative at AvePoint, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for existing customers. This includes ensuring that all maintenance contracts are renewed on time and that customers are aware of the value they receive from these contracts. You will coordinate with sales executives to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

You will also work closely with internal teams, including legal and accounting, to facilitate smooth contract renewals and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
