What you'll do

As the VP of Finance at Directive Consulting, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring that all financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and guidelines. You will lead a team of four direct reports, including two in accounting and two in IT, and will have the opportunity to bring on a Financial Analyst within your first six months. Your role will involve developing and implementing financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives, including managing an annual budget of approximately $850k for your department. You will work closely with department heads to set financial goals and ensure that margins are upheld. Your insights will be crucial in guiding the company’s financial decisions and strategies, helping to shape the future of marketing at Directive.
