Who you are
You have a proven track record in finance leadership, ideally with experience in SaaS or AdTech environments. Your expertise spans corporate financial modeling, FP&A, and investor relations — you understand the intricacies of financial compliance and cash management. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with executive teams and department heads to drive strategic financial initiatives. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you are comfortable navigating complex financial landscapes while fostering an inclusive culture. You are passionate about creating impactful financial strategies that align with business goals and drive results.
Desirable
Experience in technical revenue accounting and a strong understanding of SaaS transformation will set you apart. Familiarity with the advertising technology landscape is a plus, as is a background in managing financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
As the VP of Finance at VideoAmp, you will be the CFO’s strategic right hand, leading the finance function with a focus on operational excellence. You will own the corporate financial model and lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts, ensuring that the company meets its financial goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing investor and board reporting, driving execution across budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and help shape the company’s financial future. Your role will also involve mentoring and developing the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
