You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments, ideally with a strong focus on tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot. Your technical fluency in tracking infrastructure and revenue data workflows sets you apart, allowing you to implement effective GTM strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results and challenge the status quo. Your experience on the customer side or agency side has equipped you with a deep understanding of performance marketing, particularly in B2B contexts. You are passionate about solving complex problems and are eager to contribute to innovative marketing solutions that deliver real revenue. You believe in the power of data-driven decision-making and are excited to shape the future of marketing.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation systems that drive pipeline and fuel SQLs. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to develop and execute strategies that enhance our marketing engines. Your expertise in GA4 architecture and multi-channel offline conversion tracking will be crucial in delivering world-class solutions. You will analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment with our Customer Generation methodology. Additionally, you will work on cross-channel marketing initiatives, leveraging your skills to enhance customer engagement and drive growth for our clients. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
