You have 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation and analytics environments, ideally with a strong background in tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot. Your technical fluency in tracking infrastructure and revenue data workflows sets you apart, allowing you to implement and manage complex marketing automation strategies effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive performance and deliver results that matter. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you enjoy tackling challenges that push the boundaries of traditional marketing. You are passionate about shaping the future of marketing and are eager to contribute to innovative strategies that fuel growth for B2B brands.
Desirable
Experience in GTM implementations and GA4 architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with multi-channel offline conversion tracking. If you have agency-side experience, that will be an added advantage. You are someone who challenges the status quo and is not afraid to think outside the box to spark demand for bold brands.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing automation solutions that drive pipeline and fuel SQLs. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to develop and execute strategies that enhance customer generation and optimize marketing performance. Your day-to-day tasks will include analyzing data to inform decision-making, managing tracking infrastructure, and ensuring that revenue data workflows are seamless and effective. You will also work on developing and refining the Customer Generation methodology, ensuring that it aligns with the agency's goals and client needs. Your contributions will directly impact the success of marketing campaigns and the overall growth of the agency.
