You have a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly within the SaaS and tech sectors, with at least 5 years of experience leading paid media campaigns. Your expertise in Google Ads and Google Analytics allows you to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions that drive results. You understand the importance of SEO and content marketing in generating quality leads and have successfully implemented strategies that prioritize SQLs over traditional metrics. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. You are passionate about storytelling and analytics, using these skills to craft compelling narratives that engage customers and drive conversions.
Desirable
Experience with A/B testing and performance creative design is a plus, as it enhances your ability to optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Familiarity with revenue operations and strategy development will further strengthen your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
As the Associate Director of Paid Media, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for all paid media initiatives within your pod. You will lead the goal-setting process for client engagements, ensuring that every campaign aligns with the overarching objectives of generating SQLs. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of paid media strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
