Desirable
Experience in the gaming industry or with platforms that prioritize user safety would be a plus. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and safety regulations is highly desirable. You are comfortable navigating technical discussions and can translate complex concepts into actionable plans for various stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to build and run Discord's Safety compliance program. You will develop a holistic ownership model for our code, products, and programs, ensuring that compliance needs are met swiftly and effectively. Collaborating closely with Product and Platform Compliance, Safety Engineering, and other cross-functional teams, you will implement solutions that enhance user safety and experience. You will partner with Safety leadership to identify, develop, and run programs that improve safety outcomes for our users. Your role will involve managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful program execution.
