What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Billing & Accounts Receivable function, overseeing all activities to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your focus will be on optimizing the B&AR process through continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and effective change management.

You will handle escalations of disputes, working closely with various departments to resolve any accounting, treasury, and tax discrepancies. Your leadership will be instrumental in coaching and developing the internal and external analysts on your team, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed. You will also play a key role in driving customer relations, understanding that strong relationships are vital for dLocal's long-term success.
