You are an experienced leader with a strong background in order management and billing operations. You have a proven track record of building and scaling teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and operational excellence, and you are adept at driving systematic improvements and automation in billing workflows.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales Operations, and Finance. You understand the importance of customer experience and are committed to maintaining high standards throughout the billing lifecycle. Your strategic mindset allows you to provide valuable insights and consultation on billing infrastructure to support the company's growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full accountability for the customer billing lifecycle, overseeing everything from contract provisioning to invoice generation. You will establish unified service level agreements (SLAs) and performance standards across the billing cycle, working to reduce manual interventions through systematic process improvements and automation. You will lead the configuration of billing systems and automate workflows, ensuring seamless integration with other operational systems.
You will partner closely with the Deal Desk and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, providing strategic consultation on billing infrastructure to support sales initiatives. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a robust billing operations organization that can scale with the company's rapid growth. You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer experience in all billing operations.
