You have extensive experience in billing and accounts receivable, particularly in managing complex enterprise accounts. Your strong accounting skills enable you to navigate the intricacies of the order-to-cash process effectively. You excel in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that enterprise clients receive the support they need throughout their engagement with the company. Your proactive approach to relationship management allows you to anticipate client needs and address any issues before they escalate.
You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, which helps you identify discrepancies and resolve them efficiently. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both clients and internal teams ensures that everyone is aligned and informed. What you'll do
In this role, you will be the dedicated point of contact for a select portfolio of enterprise customers, managing the entire order-to-cash process from start to finish. You will ensure timely invoicing and payment collection while maintaining accurate records of transactions. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving billing issues, and collaborating with the finance team to streamline processes. You will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
