Overview

dLocal is hiring a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to lead the global strategy and operations of Talent Acquisition across tech and business functions. You'll partner with leadership to enhance hiring quality and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and strategic planning skills.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a focus on both technical and business roles — you've successfully led teams and developed strategies that enhance the quality of hiring across diverse functions. Your ability to partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and calibrate profiles is a key strength, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization.

You are adept at driving process simplification and global standardization in recruitment — your experience with automation and AI in talent acquisition allows you to reduce manual work and bias, increasing the accuracy of hiring decisions. You understand the importance of measuring success through metrics like Quality of Hire and operational efficiency, and you are committed to continuous improvement in these areas.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end operations of Talent Acquisition at dLocal, overseeing the entire hiring funnel from intake to offer — your strategic vision will guide the team in implementing best practices that align with the company's growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with Heads and VPs to plan headcount and ensure that the hiring process meets the evolving needs of the business.

Your focus will be on defining and executing the automation and AI agenda in Talent Acquisition, which will streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience — you will be responsible for driving initiatives that leverage technology to improve recruitment outcomes. You will also play a critical role in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring that dLocal attracts talent from various backgrounds.
