Doctolib is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in Paris. You'll develop recruitment strategies and manage a team of recruiters to attract top tech talent. This role requires 6+ years of recruitment experience, including team management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 6+ years of recruitment experience with 2+ years in a team management role, preferably in a fast-growing or scale-up environment. You have successfully managed high-volume and excellence-focused recruitment operations in a KPI-driven environment. Your excellent leadership and communication skills enable you to articulate both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity in your interactions with stakeholders.
You are adept at developing and overseeing recruitment strategies and processes that drive talent attraction initiatives. Your experience includes building comprehensive sourcing strategies, optimizing closing rates, and enhancing employer branding. You understand the importance of candidate experience and advocate effectively for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and coach a team of recruiters focused on attracting top tech talents critical to ensuring Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare. You will play a strategic role in achieving ambitious tech hiring goals while reshaping the way the team thinks, works, and collaborates. You will drive recruitment operational excellence by implementing and optimizing tools and processes to enhance team performance. Additionally, you will establish and maintain best practices for candidate experience, ensuring your team advocates effectively for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
You will lead high-level stakeholder management, partnering and advising the tech leadership team, including the CTO, to align recruitment strategies with business objectives while leveraging data to inform strategic talent decisions. Your role will involve continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
