You are adept at identifying top talent across various functions, including Finance, Strategy & Operations, Legal, Compliance, and People. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced environment makes you an ideal candidate for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the G&A Recruiting division, setting the vision for operational excellence and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing a talent acquisition strategy that meets the demands of Flex's ambitious growth roadmap. Your leadership will guide a team of talent partners as you work collaboratively with G&A leaders to identify and attract the best talent.

You will also focus on mentoring your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing scalable processes that enhance recruitment efficiency. Your strategic insights will help shape the future of the company as you directly impact its growth trajectory.
