Docebo is hiring an Account Manager for their Mid-Market team to drive client growth and ensure learning goals are met. You'll manage a portfolio of mid-market accounts and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers. This role requires strong client management skills.

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the mid-market segment, where you've successfully driven client growth and satisfaction. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is complemented by your understanding of their business needs and learning goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for account expansion and are skilled at aligning client needs with the solutions your company offers.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively to clients. Your approach is consultative, as you seek to understand the unique challenges faced by each client and tailor your strategies accordingly. You are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and demonstrate the value of your solutions to clients. Your passion for learning and development drives you to stay informed about industry trends and best practices, ensuring you can provide the best possible service to your clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Docebo, you will be pivotal in managing and expanding a portfolio of mid-market accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a key point of contact for your clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve their learning goals. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to facilitate growth and address any client concerns. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features.

You will also be responsible for developing account strategies that align with your clients' business objectives. This includes conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, and tracking the success of implemented strategies.
