Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the Mid-Market segment, and possess excellent relationship-building skills. You understand the importance of customer retention and are adept at implementing strategies that drive long-term value for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide timely responses to customer inquiries sets you apart as a trusted advisor. You are comfortable managing multiple customer engagements and can navigate complex negotiations with ease. You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are excited about the opportunity to work closely with both customers and internal teams.

What you'll do

In this role, you will maintain day-to-day contact with your portfolio of Mid-Market customers, ensuring their needs are met and their performance across social media is optimized. You will manage post-sale relationships, implementing negotiation strategies to drive successful renewals and expansions. Your responsibilities will include providing weekly forecasts and maintaining accurate account data in SFDC. You will monitor account health, identify potential risks, and escalate issues to internal stakeholders for timely resolution. Additionally, you will conduct Strategic Business Reviews to discuss accomplishments and future goals with your clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from Hootsuite's product suite.
