You have a strong background in account management, with experience in nurturing long-term relationships with customers. Your ability to engage both operational and executive stakeholders sets you apart, as you can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. You possess a proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on helping customers succeed, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can advocate for customer needs internally.
Desirable
Experience in financial services, risk management, or B2B compliance is a plus. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, which complements your professional experience in account management.
What you'll do
As a Mid-Market Account Manager at Middesk, you will own and nurture relationships with some of our earliest and highest-potential customers. Your primary focus will be on driving customer success by identifying opportunities to expand adoption of our products and improve business outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor, advocating for customer needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop win-win solutions. Through regular touchpoints and business reviews, you will help customers understand their realized value while identifying ways to deepen engagement with our platform.
You will work closely with our go-to-market, operations, and product/engineering teams to ensure our customers continue to grow successfully with Middesk. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to assess their needs and provide insights that can enhance their experience with our services. You will also be responsible for tracking customer engagement metrics and reporting on the success of initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction.
