Who you are
You have a strong background in channel operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in optimizing processes and systems that drive revenue growth. Your experience includes working closely with global partner teams and understanding the intricacies of partner activation and deal registration processes. You are familiar with tools like Salesforce, Tackle, and Allbound, which are essential for managing partner relationships effectively.
You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders is key to your success. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will review existing channel operations processes and identify areas for improvement. You will implement and own key channel processes, such as deal registration and partner activation, ensuring they align with Docker's go-to-market strategies. You will administer the partner portal and work on enhancements that improve user experience and partner engagement.
You will be a key business partner for the Channel Leadership team, helping to execute ideas and strategies within the Revenue Operations framework. Collaborating closely with partner program and marketing resources, you will ensure that partners are equipped with the tools and information they need to succeed. Your role will also involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of channel operations and making recommendations for future improvements.
