What you'll do

In this role, you will bridge execution and strategy within the Partner Revenue Operations team — your primary responsibility will be to ensure that deals flow smoothly from partner engagement through to booking. You will work closely with sales and partner teams to streamline processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the Go-To-Market model. Your focus will be on building capabilities that support scaling efforts into new markets and customer segments.

You will continuously assess and improve the systems and processes that underpin the partner ecosystem, ensuring that they are robust and scalable. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will help to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, driving initiatives that align with Snowflake's strategic objectives. Your role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and providing insights that inform decision-making and operational improvements.
