You have experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a technical environment. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with enterprise customers and can navigate their technical landscapes to align Docker's capabilities with their objectives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to conduct regular technical and business reviews that demonstrate value realization and identify opportunities for growth. You are proactive in anticipating risks and blockers, ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the post-sales lifecycle.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Docker, you will be responsible for guiding the adoption of Docker's platform among your assigned enterprise customers. You will build strong relationships, understanding their priorities and success criteria, and drive product adoption to enhance operational maturity. Your role will involve conducting regular reviews to showcase the value customers are realizing from their investment in Docker. You will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineers, Engagement Services, and Product teams to help customers accelerate their time-to-value and achieve long-term success with Docker. You will also be instrumental in managing technical relationships and influencing customer outcomes, ensuring that they derive maximum benefit from Docker's offerings.
