You have a strong background in customer success and account management, ideally with experience in technical environments. You excel at building relationships with enterprise customers, understanding their technical landscape, and aligning solutions to their objectives. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly is one of your key strengths, enabling you to guide customers effectively through their journey with Docker.
You are proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, conducting regular technical and business reviews to demonstrate value realization. You anticipate risks and are skilled at managing customer expectations, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the post-sales lifecycle. Your collaborative nature allows you to work closely with Solutions Engineers, Engagement Services, and Product teams to drive customer success.
What you'll do
As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Docker, you will be responsible for guiding the adoption of Docker’s platform among strategic customers. You will build strong relationships with assigned enterprise customers, understanding their priorities and success criteria. Your role will involve driving product adoption and operational maturity, aligning Docker capabilities to customer objectives and outcomes. You will conduct regular technical and business reviews to demonstrate value realization and identify opportunities for growth.
You will collaborate with various teams within Docker to help customers accelerate their time-to-value and reduce friction in their operations. Your influence will extend across the post-sales lifecycle, ensuring that customers achieve long-term success with Docker. You will also be involved in anticipating risks and addressing customer concerns proactively, ensuring a positive experience with our platform.
