You have at least 2 years of experience as a leader in Customer Success, demonstrating your ability to build and manage high-performing teams. You believe in the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals with the software. Your leadership style emphasizes training and development, ensuring that your team members are equipped to provide exceptional support to clients.
You understand the nuances of customer relationships and are skilled at developing strategies that enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Your experience includes collaborating with sales and operations teams to implement processes that drive customer success. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for upselling and improving customer engagement, always with a focus on long-term satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Team Manager for Customer Success at Doctolib, you will be responsible for building and leading a strong Customer Success team. You will ensure that your team is the first point of contact for clients post-implementation, guiding them towards optimal use of our software.
