You have a strong foundation in sales, with experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You understand the dynamics of the SMB market and are passionate about helping businesses accelerate their digital transformation by connecting them with top freelance talent. Your ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and HR Directors sets you apart, as you combine execution rigor with strategic business acumen. What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Malt, you will take ownership of the sales process, targeting Mittelstand and High-Growth companies in Germany. Your role will involve outbound prospecting, engaging potential clients, and guiding them through the sales funnel to close new business. You will leverage your understanding of the freelance marketplace to articulate the value of Malt's platform and how it can meet the unique needs of your clients. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers, helping them access the best freelance talent in Europe.
