Who you are

You are a Master's student looking for an internship in accounting, eager to learn the fundamentals of accounts payable in a growing French unicorn. You are recognized for your organization and rigor, and you are also proactive in your approach. You have a keen interest in mastering supplier accounting in a dynamic environment, and you are ready to collaborate with various departments across France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Italy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in managing supplier relationships and resolving issues that arise. You will be responsible for entering supplier invoices, ensuring correct VAT control, and accurate accounting and analytical allocations. You will prepare payments and manage bank rejections while adhering to processing deadlines and monitoring performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will analyze and maintain accounting and supplier accounts, including reconciliation and matching. You will provide support to our suppliers and Doctolibers regarding billing and payment tracking.
