You are currently pursuing a degree and are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations. You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, which will help you in managing the billing cycle and supporting the sales teams effectively. You are proactive and ready to learn about the commercial and financial processes at Doctolib, contributing to the team's success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the sales teams in their contractual processes, ensuring that all necessary elements for billing are collected and verified to avoid any risks of rejection. You will play a key operational role in the monthly closing process, helping to identify potential billing risks and alerting the relevant teams. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely invoice dispatch once all supporting documents are received and validated. You will maintain real-time reporting on unbilled revenue by sales team, helping to minimize delays and improve operational efficiency.
