Who you are
You are excited about transforming and digitizing the healthcare industry. As a part of the sales team, you will be the central interface between customers, sales, and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales processes and optimal customer care. You are passionate about sales and customer support, and you believe in the importance of providing excellent service to drive growth.
You have experience in account support and customer communication, taking ownership of customer relationships and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing sales administration and contract management tasks, including creating contracts, quotes, and onboarding processes while maintaining CRM and administrative systems.
You are skilled in project and process coordination, adept at setting up projects, preparing them, and creating project overviews according to internal guidelines. You understand the importance of sales support in the sales process and are capable of coordinating clinical and financial sales support tasks, as well as organizing user setups.
You are committed to driving results and quality assurance, managing SDR outcomes through weekly reviews, action planning, and quality control of closings to minimize shifting. You are eager to contribute to the growth of Doctolib and help shape the future of healthcare.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take on end-to-end account support and customer communication, independently managing customer relationships and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. You will handle sales administration and contract management, creating necessary documentation and maintaining CRM systems to ensure smooth operations.
You will coordinate projects and processes, setting up new initiatives and preparing project overviews in line with internal requirements. Your role will also involve providing sales support throughout the sales process, ensuring that clinical and financial sales support tasks are executed efficiently and that user setups are organized effectively.
You will play a crucial role in steering SDR results through regular monitoring and quality control, implementing measures to enhance performance and minimize shifting. Your contributions will be vital to the overall success and growth of Doctolib as you work collaboratively with various teams to achieve common goals.
