You bring experience in account support and customer communication, demonstrating your ability to manage relationships effectively. You understand the importance of maintaining CRM and administrative systems to support the sales process.
You are proactive in project and process coordination, taking the initiative to set up projects and prepare project overviews according to internal guidelines. Your ability to coordinate sales support tasks, including clinical and financial sales support, showcases your versatility and commitment to team success.

What you'll do
In this role, you will take on end-to-end account support and customer communication, independently managing customer relationships and liaising with internal teams. You will handle sales administration and contract management, creating contract attachments, quotes, and onboarding processes while maintaining CRM and administrative systems.
You will coordinate project and process activities, setting up projects and preparing project overviews in accordance with internal requirements. Your role will also involve providing sales support during the sales process, managing clinical and financial sales support tasks, and overseeing user setup.
Additionally, you will be responsible for steering SDR results through weekly monitoring, action planning, and quality control of closings to minimize shifting. Your contributions will be crucial to the growth of Doctolib, as you ensure that our sales processes are efficient and customer-focused.
