You have a strong interest in project management and are excited about the opportunity to create or reorganize teams and their activities. You are detail-oriented and ready to participate in the various phases of projects, ensuring that processes are implemented effectively. Your ability to define KPIs and improve existing tools will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Growth Performance Project Intern, you will be involved in managing projects that drive significant impact for the company. You will assist in creating and reorganizing teams, participating in project phases, and coordinating with different stakeholders. Your role will include implementing new processes and improving existing ones, as well as setting up internal tools to enhance efficiency.

You will work closely with project managers and collaborate with teams from Sales, Growth, and Finance to co-create scalable solutions tailored to the needs of the field teams. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in project management and exposure to strategic initiatives that contribute to the growth of Doctolib.
